I took a hike earlier in commemoration of tonight’s blue moon. The sky was clear and there was no need for flashlights with the luminous scrying of the lunar rays.
I was with my mom, and she was busy frantically snapping shots of a strange hovering orange light with my phone as I stood and zoned out staring at the technicolor mauve clouds stained around the moon in dark exuberance.
Suddenly my mom calls me over to her – She got really tripped out and insisted she had to show me these pictures.
She’d been facing the opposite direction as I was, but somehow the phantom impression of my body staring at the moon showed up on these photos.
